Please complete the information below to start/stop services. Please keep in mind the District cannot back date service changes. All start/stop service requests can be scheduled for the next business day if submitted before 4:30pm Monday- Friday. If submitted after 4:30pm they will be scheduled within 48 hours. The District does not accommodate  same day, over the weekend or holiday start/stop service request.

For your security, the District will not discuss your water account with individuals not listed on the account. If there is a property management responsible for handling the property a Property Management Agreement must be provided to the District by emailing info@vidwater.org.
