Notice - We send impacted customers a letter months in advance of large projects and make every effort to provide 48 hours notice before a planned outage for small projects. We place a notice on your door and/or communicate information about an outage to you via an automated telephone call.

Notice - Vista Irrigation District crews respond immediately and repair main breaks around the clock to minimize the impact of unplanned outages.  We make every effort to notify customers impacted by a main break (and resulting unplanned outage) either by going door-to-door and/or by an automated telephone message.
