Vista Irrigation District (District) is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the

following as-needed professional consulting services: civil engineering, drafting and design, and surveying; this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be used to select one consultant for each discipline. It is anticipated that task orders will be issued in the District’s upcoming fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025. Typically, the term of each agreement will last one year with the option to renew two additional one-year terms. The value of each annual term is typically $75,000; however, Consultants are not guaranteed work by entering into said agreements.

This RFQ describes the anticipated services needed, including any specialty disciplines, the selection process, and the minimum information that shall be included in the SOQ. Failure to submit information in accordance with this RFQ’s requirements and procedures may be cause for disqualification.
